本課程是以解析歐洲聯盟的對外政策和對國際政治的影響為主要內容 |

課程目標 |
本課程目標是透過對歐洲聯盟對外政策的解析，讓學生瞭解二次大戰後歐洲如何透過此區域統合達成和解共生、共存共榮的目標，並在國際政治中發揮影響力 |

課程要求 |
課堂出席,發言,參與 Performance in class 30％ (包括三篇摘要每篇各占5分)
期中報告 mid-term report 30％
口頭期末報告 oral final report 20%
書面期末報告 written final report 20%
